How do I know this is legitimate?
Fair question, especially given how common online scams have gotten. A few ways to check for yourself: call 208-654-3265 and talk to an actual human — hi, that's me — not a call center, not a bot, not someone named "Kevin" who's definitely not named Kevin. Read genuine client reviews. Notice the payment structure — 50% to start, 50% before launch, never full payment upfront, which is one of the biggest red flags to watch for with anyone online. And you can now pay securely by card through Stripe, a real payment processor that adds another layer of accountability.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most One-Pager and Starter sites are completed in 1-2 weeks. Business and Premium sites typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on how much content and how many pages are involved.
Do I own the website when it's done?
Your website content and design are yours. WebCraft Idaho manages the technical hosting and files as part of ongoing service, so you don't have to deal with the backend — but if you ever want to move your site elsewhere, just reach out and I'll help with the transfer.
What if I already have a website?
A full rebuild costs the same as a brand-new site — no extra charge for starting from an existing one. If you're not sure whether you need a full rebuild, a Full Site Audit ($495, credited toward a rebuild if you move forward) will tell you exactly what's working and what isn't.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit is due to begin work, and the remaining 50% is due before your site goes live. You're never paying in full for something you haven't seen yet.
What if I need changes after my site launches?
Simple changes (like updating text, hours, or a phone number) typically run $25-50. Larger changes are quoted individually. If you refer another Idaho business owner who signs with WebCraft Idaho, your next change request is free.
What platform do you build on — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix?
None of those. Every WebCraft Idaho site is hand-coded from scratch. That means no plugins to break, no platform fees, no subscription costs, and a faster-loading site than template-based builders typically produce.
Do I have to write my own website content?
No. Custom copywriting is included in every package — you'll never have to write a word yourself.
